• That ClueHawk question content reflects the content, style, or difficulty level of any particular exam.
• That studying with ClueHawk alone is sufficient preparation for board exams.

5. Not Affiliated with NCCPA

ClueHawk is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

PANCE, PANRE, PANRE-LA, and related terms are used descriptively to indicate the exam context ClueHawk questions are designed for. PANCE, PANRE, and related NCCPA marks are trademarks of NCCPA.

6. Verify Clinical Information

Clinical guidelines and evidence evolve over time. Explanations provided by ClueHawk reflect the understanding of the question authors at the time of writing. Learners should verify clinical information against current authoritative sources, including:

• Current clinical practice guidelines from relevant professional organizations.
• UpToDate, DynaMed, or equivalent point-of-care resources.
• Supervising clinicians and institutional protocols.
• Peer-reviewed literature and approved board-prep textbooks.

7. Data Use Acknowledgment

As described in the Privacy Policy, ClueHawk may use de-identified and aggregated learning, score, and outcome data to improve readiness analytics and product quality. Individual learner data is not sold or publicly displayed. ClueHawk readiness analytics are informational study tools — they do not predict or validate exam outcomes.

8. Secure Exam Content Prohibition

Learners must not upload, enter, or submit active or recalled exam content from PANCE, PANRE, PANRE-LA, EOR, EOC, PACKRAT, or any NCCPA-administered examination to ClueHawk. ClueHawk is a study tool for practice questions you are permitted to use — not a live exam assistance tool. Violation of this policy may result in account termination.

9. Alpha-Stage Limitations

ClueHawk is currently in an early-access (alpha) stage. Question content, explanations, and analytics are being actively reviewed and refined. Content errors are possible. If you believe a question or explanation contains a clinical inaccuracy, please report it through the Feedback page.
