Terms of Use

1. What ClueHawk Is

ClueHawk is an educational question-bank and study tool for PA students preparing for PANCE, PANRE, and related board exams. It provides practice questions, detailed explanations, bookmarking, review workflows, and study analytics.

ClueHawk is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. It is an educational supplement — not a substitute for formal board preparation courses, clinical textbooks, or the clinical judgment of supervising physicians.

2. Educational Purpose Only

All question content and explanations are provided for educational study purposes. Clinical guidelines change over time. Learners are responsible for verifying clinical information against current authoritative sources and the guidance of their supervising clinicians and institutions.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Results

ClueHawk does not guarantee:

• Improved PANCE, PANRE, PANRE-LA, EOR, or CAQ exam scores.
• Exam passage or any specific performance outcome.
• That ClueHawk question content mirrors actual exam content.

Question-bank performance is one component of a broader study plan. Individual results depend on effort, preparation, prior knowledge, and clinical experience.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify ClueHawk immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ClueHawk is not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

5. Acceptable Use

By using ClueHawk, you agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, scrape, or republish question content, explanations, or platform materials.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content.
• Share question content publicly in forums, social media, shared documents, or other distribution channels.
• Use ClueHawk for any purpose that violates applicable law.
• Misuse the feedback, support, or communication channels.

6. Content Ownership

All question content, explanations, study analytics, platform design, and branding are the intellectual property of ClueHawk. Internal use for personal study is permitted. Redistribution or reproduction of question content — in whole or in part — is prohibited.

7. Data Use and Privacy

By creating an account, you agree that ClueHawk may use de-identified and aggregated learning, score, and outcome data to improve readiness analytics, calibrate platform performance, and enhance product quality — as described in the Privacy Policy.

ClueHawk does not sell, rent, or share your personal data or learning activity data with third parties. Individual learner scores and outcomes are not publicly displayed. Identifiable account data can be deleted or anonymized through account deletion workflows described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload, enter, or submit:

• Active, recalled, or secure exam content from PANCE, PANRE, PANRE-LA, EOR, EOC, PACKRAT, or any NCCPA-administered examination.
• Copyrighted third-party question bank content without permission.
• Patient health information (PHI) or personally identifiable health data.

9. Alpha-Stage Product

ClueHawk is currently in an early-access (alpha) stage. Features may change, be removed, or have limitations. You may encounter bugs, incomplete features, or periods of unavailability. ClueHawk does not guarantee uninterrupted service during alpha or beta phases.

10. Termination

ClueHawk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or at ClueHawk's discretion during alpha and beta phases.

11. Third-Party Services

ClueHawk uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. By using ClueHawk, you also interact with Supabase services. ClueHawk is not responsible for third-party service availability or data handling beyond what is disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated as ClueHawk evolves. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
